The Hotel Baron Tavernier is set amidst the World Heritage Lavaux Wine Vineyards above the shimmering waters of Lake Geneva. It takes its inspiration from the sophisticated world traveler from the 1600s who traversed the spice routes to the east from France, wandering the Middle East and Asia.
